The poppy stitching sessions are back!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to our first wave of stitching sessions. We’re delighted to announce that the Town Hall poppy cascade is now complete!

But with so many wonderful handmade poppies ready to go, we’ve decided to start work on a brand new cascade for Egerton Hall. The new net is already looking great, but there’s still plenty of space to fill. We’d love your help adding more poppies to the display, ready for this year’s Remembrance.

Join us between 10am and 4pm at Egerton Hall on Wednesday 21 and Thursday 22 October to help stitch poppies onto the new nets. It’s free to attend, with light refreshments provided, and no experience is needed. We’ll show you what to do!

You can spend five minutes with us or stay for the whole session. It’s completely up to you. If the last sessions were anything to go by, we think you’ll get quite hooked once you get going! It’s a lovely, therapeutic way to spend some time creating a little piece of Brackley.

Save the dates and we’ll see you there!
