Community Speed Watch Needs You

Brackley Community Speed Watch is already out on our streets, with local volunteers helping to monitor vehicle speeds and encourage safer driving across the town.

The team could use more volunteers this September to help keep this important community-led initiative going.

Community Speed Watch is a volunteer-led scheme run in partnership with Northamptonshire Police, giving local residents the opportunity to play an active role in improving road safety in their community. Volunteers receive training and equipment to carry out roadside speed monitoring.

Projects like Community Speed Watch are a great example of how residents can come together to make a positive difference locally. By giving just a little of your time, you can help raise awareness of speeding and encourage safer behaviour on Brackley's roads.
