Town Adorned in Poppies

Our Estates Team were hard at work yesterday, decorating the town with poppies ahead of the Brackley Remembrance Service & Parade on Sunday 8 November.
We would like to say an enormous thank you to everyone who took part in this year’s Poppy Project. We were absolutely blown away by the number of poppies made by our community, as well as the dedication and hard work shown at our poppy stitching sessions.
Thanks to everyone’s efforts, the Town Hall cascade has now been revitalised, and a brand new cascade is also proudly displayed at Egerton Hall extending the displays of remembrance throughout the town.
With the streets now dressed for Remembrance, be sure to pick up a poppy from one of the many Royal British Legion stands and collection boxes around town ahead of Remembrance Sunday to show your support.
